Nice Campus and friendly team (atleast mine). Good place to learn new skills and execute one you already have. You will be heard.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. May be they should have employee motivating events on campus. Nothing more than that.

- There is a good work life balance throughout the organization (work place / work time) - All sorts of people are willing to help out if you are willing to ask for it

Cons

- The industry as a whole is slow to adapt to change within the market or adopting new technology - A lot of the time, deliverables are focused on short term wins and very less so on quality / long term success
