      Pros

      Working in Ingersoll Rand is challenging, interesting and definitely not boring. We all share a passion for our Products and there is a long and consolidated relationship with our Distributors, which it shows how the Company has valued their input over the years.

      Cons

      Having worked in Finance, I believe the Company should invest on product Training for this sector has in some cases they seem to be not fully aware of what our products can do!

      There are a lot of good people work there. The benefits package that is offered is quite competitive, as well.

      Having a good work/life balance is encouraged. However, not practiced by management, which makes it hard for employees to have a good balance.
