      Pros

      Benefits unmatched by the competition. Plenty of overtime if you like it. Climate controlled facility.

      Cons

      Direction of their future unknown. Lack of functions that would enable employees some sense of enjoyment: ie: Christmas parties, discount group rates for sporting events or Carowinds Seniority means nothing, you're just a number.

      Flat structure, Work-Life balance, Ideas are valued and the chance to execute them is also presented. Friendly employees, very flexible environment.

      Cons

      Difficult to incrase grade, people driven so luck matters, salaray not exceptional for my background. Company not growing fast so opportunities limited, lack of global exposure.
