The company offers great benefits, competitive salaries, encourages continuing education. They offer flexible schedules and make an effort to provide work/life balance.

Cons

In HR there aren't many opportunities for advancement unless an employee is in the Accelerated Development Program which hires recent college graduates and moves them through the organization to management positions leaving tenured employees stuck in dead-end positions.

the company is flexible and offers great benefits. management is open to remote working opportunities and they are constantly looking for future opportunities for employees to help them grow and learn more about the company.

Cons

Some of the Processes on a local and national level can be burdensome
