      People live the company values every day, and there are a lot of strategic thinkers here. Everyone cares about business results and doing their work ethically and safely. Company promotes work life balance, though there is almost always too much to do!

      Cons

      Heavily engineering focused, and many people, including senior leaders think like engineers. Makes it more difficult to move up in the company and get a variety of experiences outside of one or two functions if you don't have an engineering background.

      Unattainable sales goals in recent years. Will be scrutinized for not hitting sales goals unless you get lucky and have a great territory. Sales management does not know the market and are unqualified.
