Cons
For the past 10 years when it rains outside...it rains just as hard inside the plant, most plant restrooms are never functional (restroom sewers constantly not available overflowing or backed-up), hourly employee parking lot is a disaster (so non-maintained that walking in the lot to the plant entrances is a sever hazard), dead or almost dead 3" roach carcasses are always laying around administrative hallways & offices, senior management talks down to Team Leaders to establich superiority by using a passive aggressive approach to acquire information and assign non-realistic task due dates just to appear that they are involved
