      Decent salary for the area Competitive 401k matching

      Cons

      It doesn’t matter how qualified you are, if you aren’t in the click forget about moving up. Health insurance coverage is terrible. You’re given lame excuses for getting a small raise even when you’re performing and the company made record profits.

      Check BU, people who work there for long years play lot of dirty politics, not a good environment for those who want to learn and grow
