      Pros

      Great culture, strong compensation, values employees and cares about their personal development.

      Cons

      Very large company - not a con for me but might be quite a chance for someone coming from a smaller company.

      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation, holidays when comparing to local industries. Work/life balance can be good depending on department and management. Long term industry and business direction appear to be very strong. Company understands that employees that are engaged either thru projects or good management tend to perform better. Slowly making leader personnel changes based on the ability or inability of a person's leadership skills.

      Cons

      More focus on people management and development by using computer systems. Projects are often focused on short term goals such as cost instead than long term goals such as product features.

      Pros

      Very good job security for core hourly. Pay is almost competitive. Straight days work schedule. Pretty flexible with time off. Great coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      Benefits have deteriorated in past years. Company is always trying to do more with less. Expects more work with less people makes work/life balance impossible. They will work you until you are broken and discard you during peak months. No trust in upper mgmt. IR is totally out of touch with manufacturing floor. To satisfy one corporate metric they will crash many other corporate metrics. If they valued employees and payed them better, quality and morale would go up.
