      Pros

      Manufacture quality reliable product with a good reputation. Some good benefits, and very fair to staff meaning that many stay for decades working for the business. Secure and steady company to work for.

      Cons

      Can be slow on innovation, and whilst there are many position changes at the higher management level, they are not great at promoting up the ranks. Salaries are average to poor given expectations and work loads. Again appear to be better at the higher management level. Can sometimes get bogged down by too many processes.

      Pros

      Executive Leadership is committed to operational excellence, growth and employee engagement. Excellent CEO and CFO, who happen to be terrific communicators. Benefit package is very good, compensation is fairly competitive. Employees tend to be very professional and committed to their work.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge. There is also a "failure is not an option" mentality in certain places, which hampers innovation. Technology is far from cutting edge, which can be frustrating. If we can successfully leverage digital and robotics to reduce operational costs and expand product portfolio, we'll be well-positioned for next 10 years.

      Consistent work, fairly relaxed environment, focus on safety

      Cons

      Pay scale is poor, vacation is poor and dictated, insurance is expensive with many hoops to jump through, forced overtime, no profit sharing, teir-system contract (I can never make more than 81 percent of my seniors)
