      Pros

      If you can hang on and drink the Kool-aid it is not bad.

      Cons

      The taste of the Kool-aid. Too much decision by committee. "Get with the program or leave mentality."

      Pros

      Beautiful campus. Some of the people are great. Everything is an acronym and everything has to have an elaborate excel spreadsheet to receive serious consideration.

      Cons

      Still very much a good ole boy (and girl) network. Many people are promoted off dubious achievements. The culture of look at me is very much in play here.

      IR - great managers but poor leaders

      Pros

      It's a great place to work if you can get all the buzz words right and know how and when to use them.

      Cons

      If you try to exersize managerial courage, especially pushing back on meaningless initiatives, the butt chewing begins. Senior management stands back and watches and when something goes wrong, they blame the plant instead of providing the leadership that is needed.
