If an employee turns over, HR & MGR are very slow to hire (avg. 4-6 mos) if they even hire then - company likes to claim head count productivity. HR function is a complete mess - uninformed and they think they are business partners. Financials systems are a nightmare - HFM resources and support are not even funny how terrible they are. Actuals CY, PY, AOP, FCST all in different cubes, lack of communication with business critical information around reporting.

Lot's of VP's and mis-direction, little focus on driving real change at that Sr. Level, more about the " perception of achieveing and meeting a metric" Took too long to clean up the problems in the resi solutions business. Missed 2 quarters earnings because of poor operational leadership. Supply Chain and Procurement is also joke. No leadeship or direction.
