      Pros

      Good top level leadership. Comparatively better work life balance. They rarely lay off candidates for non-performance.

      Cons

      Those who can play politics and convince the leaders will get good work and higher growth. Seems like most of the managers are biased towards few people in the team which will negate others growth.

      Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Hell lot of politics, people form certain area are given preference over talent, Office is quite far from city and too much transport charge, Cafeteria food is worse you can get. Not seen a single employee friendly initiative in last two years.
