      Gain experience Weld Program Pretty much nothing else

      Cons

      Pay and benefits - not great. Management - a complete lack of respect for employees. Retirement fund - have to stay there x amount of years to be able to keep the match, but they don't tell you. Read the fine print. HR not helpful and basically a revolving door (like the rest of Trane).
