Repetitive tasks that you will be doing until you decide you had enough. Micromanaging. Lies on job specs, interviews and during the job itself about tasks to be done, just trying to attrack and retain experienced staff (and save time on training), but words gone with the wind unless you are part of the "chosen ones". Biggest turnover of staff of all company due to that lack of progression and treatment received. Tasks assigned very unevenly based on friendships and not employee skills or to help employees develop themselves. If you rise your hand, prepare to be bullied. Managament barely know what they are doing so they are not even a reference point to go to. HR stays in line with management needs, so forget to be treated fairly if any issue arise. This is a place for people looking for a first business experience. Get some experience and go somewhere else. For experienced people, don't waste your time.
