Pros

Company benefits. Fare working hours. No unnecessary overtime.

Cons

All the rest. Big Brother and school patio culture, disguised of friendly teamwork spirit. ZERO professional progression opportunities. Repetitive tasks that you will be doing until you decide you had enough. Micromanaging. Lies on job specs, interviews and during the job itself about tasks to be done, just trying to attrack and retain experienced staff (and save time on training), but words gone with the wind unless you are part of the "chosen ones". Biggest turnover of staff of all company due to that lack of progression and treatment received. Tasks assigned very unevenly based on friendships and not employee skills or to help employees develop themselves. If you rise your hand, prepare to be bullied. Managament barely know what they are doing so they are not even a reference point to go to. HR stays in line with management needs, so forget to be treated fairly if any issue arise. This is a place for people looking for a first business experience. Get some experience and go somewhere else. For experienced people, don't waste your time.

Pros

Good benefits, good culture, lot of new things to learn in Servicenow, Good compensation, good hike. Good visibility, and accessibility to higher management. Flexible work hours. Good for indivisual to work for at max 2 years with medium level experience.

Cons

one may start feeling stagnant after some time for Servicenow implementation specialists, as one will not have much challenging work from servicenow perspective. Lack of ITSM and ITIL work, so that one may feel detached from servicenow outside world. There is lack of process and hence need to get back with management to get the things done. If one is working in Implementation team, and you like technical challenges then you would feel stagnant after some time. No long term Onsite opportunities. Even for short term opportunities senior resources(Tech leads only) will get it. Late night working for every technical person daily.

Pros

I have thought about this occasionally for the past year and cannot think of a single "pro" from this corporation.

Cons

It felt very clique-ish in the office. The corporation is incredibly bureaucratic . The office was very dull and uninspiring. It is quite obvious the hierarchy uses fear tactics to keep the employees in line. I was often reminded of the 90's movie Office Space while there.
