The work is easy (if you rise high enough in the ranks) - my colleague basically worked from 10:30-3:30 every day

Cons

What company pays you once a month? TT. HR won't return phone calls, emails, or any form of communication. They'll drag out any and everything. And payroll prone to making mistakes and not trying to fix them until months later.

When I joined, the common response that I learnt from people is that it is a company that truly embraces teamwork and take care of each other. Everyone extends their time to help and support each other. A very warm culture and humble leadership team. Flexible work hours and respectful about various regional cultures is pretty well depicted in day to day environment and I look forward to coming to office every day.

Cons

Need to work on their some of their internal systems and processes better, being a tech growing company, they should put a IS team to focus on developing strong Internal People System
