      Pros

      Established product lines that keep the "Air" business a float. Benefits are at a corporate normal level Pay is good for those past a certain band Most people get along well A few bright spot fellow Leaders Brand that has clout in the tool world

      Cons

      Subpar pay for those who do actual work and have stuck with job CEO is in love with diversity and parity that focus on gender over talent. This has forced managers to hire talent-less gender fillers. This is accelerating decline. Product quality and offerings are poor and destroying brand recognition. Many incompetent fellow leaders who bounce to new roles every 2-3 years. Getting out of this failing Industrial co ASAP!

      Pros

      - Work satisfaction - Lots of autonomy to get the job done - Customer-focused - Treated with respect by local management

      Cons

      - They're starting to treat technicians like a bunch of temp agency nobodies - Corporate is totally disconnected from the reality of employees in the field - Safety and EHS is out of control - Adding GPS trackers to service trucks - Over-complicating pay with Kronos which doesn't take the irregularities of field service into account - Work-life balance sucks - Recent restructuring has caused serious issues with communication, parts ordering, and scheduling - HSA only, no PPO - Absolutely no loyalty extended to employees regardless of years of service or contributions

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good Campus is beautiful Lots of great people to work with in the middle levels, but they are quickly getting beaten down .

      Cons

      Treats people with little respect. Strategy is always short sighted and operates by the concept of constant chaos. Their definition of work/life balance is that life = work at all times. I've seen people criticized for things like taking a lunch during a 12+ hour work day or even needing to leave for a family emergency when it's inconvenient for the company at the given time.
