Experience and learn Japanese management culture and traditions; Nice and kind front line co-workers; Good health insurance and year end paid shutdown.

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen; Distorted inner values between managers and employees; Some management members are dishonest without integrity; Very strong corporate politics and micro management; No room for career advancement unless you are Japanese or involving office political games; The base salary is far below market; Every low expectation to its employees.
