1. Promotion only comes or guarantee like minimum of 3 years service 2. Double standard comes to promotion if you able to have many drinking session with the top management especially for lady 3. HR management is poor with high level people abusing their power such as changing regulation which favour them 4. Few scandals happened such as putting camera in the common toilets, abusing colleagues, sexual harassment and complain from customers

I have worked at Toyota as a manager. This company is really a division of Toyota but does the things Toyota does not want to publicly do itself. They treat weaker employees badly to make the company more money in every country. The CEO should be replaced with a decent person who is honest.
