Good company if you ant a relaxed life with min or no work

1) Job guarantee- No recession effect, it is a guaranteed government job 2)No stress- There is no realistic target to achieve. Just have to do what the Japanese say and they are relatively easy

Cons

1) No decision making power- Only Japanese decide and if you do, you will surely regret it. 2) Slow process- Company's internal procedure is slow and takes time for any internal approval

Cons

absolutely no room for growth. most jobs are not even posted, people just "show up" and they are full time hires. No incentive for merit, those with advanced education and exceptional experience are not valued. No support for management ineptitude from HR is available.
