Pros
Stable job with opportunities to visit various countries for business trips. Fix working hours as very little of the job require over time unless for very unique cases.
Cons
Performance review of staff is not communicated properly and effectively. Review tools used has been reduced to a formality with no meaning for the staff. Good or poor performance is not explained clearly to the staff. Discretion of the management seemed to be applied more than the review tools. Top down review of performance with management reviewing and amending staff performance on the basis of discretion.
