      the company offers some good benefits beside the health and life insurance, there is also profit share and personal loan. good work location

      there is no appreciation, either you work hard or not its equal. no training to support team. no carrier path.

      Pros

      Good career management offering great opportunities to evolve and challenge yourself in an quite international and multicultural context. Really good training path for managers. When you are motivated, you have the opportunity to learn and work on really interesting projects.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical structure, in silo, which does not easily allow rapid and agile adaptation. Clearly need to improve its communication capabilities within the group.
