Great location: Canary Wharf Recognisable, international brand Free gym memberships Generous holiday entitlements for London staff Decent salaries-across the board Fairly good work / life balance though a lot more favourable towards employees with children

Cons

Very French (seems harder for non-French people to advance their careers??) No employee engagement or CSR initiatives Some very poor / unsupportive managers exist in this entity Can be a high pressure work place No interest in staff retention these days

Great learning experience. The management and team leads devoted a lot of time to the interns and cared that they learned and contributed to the team.

Cons

As it is not a great economy for the oil industry, it is unlikely that an internship will lead to a career for the next few years.

Pros

Neon and Clarix are truly the best products in the wound care industry. Once the customer realized it was a universal allograft, could be used over bone, and didn't have adverse affects they were SOLD.

Cons

When I was there, they were in the middle of finalized studies to get reimbursement for the products. This was the most thing about the company because doctors would want to use the product then we weren't able to get it in the facility.
