      Pros

      The general benefits are pretty standard. Employees are offered discounted price for some engine oils. Employees are encouraged to attend trainings that will improve soft-skills.

      Cons

      In general, employees in singapore are not encouraged to work from home. However, employee can request and it is subject to the manager’s approval.

      Pros

      A very strong technically acknowledged position combined with a more recent business acumen. The place to be if you own or want to develop technical skills. High level training and quick accountability to rookies. More and more international culture. Speaking french more a should than a must. Better compensation scheme that it may look at first glance.

      Cons

      "French package" somehow difficult to be compared to an anglosaxon "all in one". Cash bonuses still way behind other companies, partially compensated by shares.
