It was positively challenging to work with and supervise the EPC Contractor on the project who had workers and staff of differing nationalities and from diverse backgrounds.

Cons

The location of the project was hectic and hazardous to commute to work and back everyday due to traffic congestion and accommodation within the project premises was only reserved for expat staff.

Pros

Flexibility in career path and in opportunities to change and create change, but only to a certain level. I have stayed for 28 years so I am obviously happy, but could be happier.

Cons

Low pay for American employees. Company is too French not quick enough for Americans to move to the top. We get too frustrated.

Good package, training, French language education support. Quite easy job with rush sometimes.

Cons

Almost absence of the international promotion. Only french employee get the promotions and open doors. And if the company leave the country local staff personnel will not get any offer.
