      Management was supportive and open to suggestions. Colleagues were fun and worked together closely.

      Good teamwork, communication and work life balance. Good training provided for new employees to familiarise with systems and procedures etc

      Cons

      Must be fast in reacting to changes. Management can share more of their views and future direction. Employees satisfaction can be improved.
