      Great people, moderately relaxed environment and an easy life if that’s what you are after.

      Cons

      Salary does not match industry average, lack of work for most of the department but will still continue to recruit and a massive lack of progression for anyone who would like to advance in their own career.

      It is great to work for a company like TOTAL that is open to new ideas and truly cares for their employees. I have worked at TOTAL for more than 02 years and have really enjoyed growing with the company. The culture at TOTAL is conducive to team development that combined with the people here makes this a great place to work. I am given tools and resources and with the help of those I can go as far as I want in this career. TOTAL is firmly committed to its values, diversity, workforce safety & security, environment and social commitments. TOTAL promotes and nurtures sharing culture that enables supportive and connected environment where everyone feels accepted and supported
