Pros

Opportunity for Career Growth – The role itself provides exposure to major clients and industry experience. Global Company – Working for a well-known company like TotalEnergies can add value to your resume. Some Relocation Assistance – They offer relocation, though the support is not as expected.

Cons

Misleading Relocation Process – The company does not adjust salaries for cost of living or taxes, leaving employees financially strained. Lack of Support & Transparency – Employees are expected to "figure it out" with minimal guidance, leading to isolation. Unnecessary In-Person Requirement – While clients work remotely, employees are required to relocate for no clear benefit.

Pros

Nothing at all in my entire tenure

Cons

Too much ego in employees. Management is very old age. No new ideas are accepted. Tiring and snail paced processes. Asked me to join at the earliest and they would buy notice period (confirmed in written on email as well) and then denied. Zero marks for ethics. It's suitable only if you're a bootlicker. They have no direction or understanding of business. It's running only because it sells commodity like LPG, which is a daily and basic need, doesn't need to sell itself and people become consumers by default. Think of petrol pump, even if a petrol pump is bad, it will still be operational coz we can't bypass it due to daily necessity.
