Cons
For a company promoting a collaborative “One Total” spirit , now “One Country” initiative, a common discussion among cultural peers is the reality of a new and dictatorial feel to TOTAL. A common generalization of the French culture is its indifference to input from “outsiders”. Unfortunately, whether they are willing to admit it or not, this generalization is beginning to come to life at the “multi-national” TOTAL SA.
