The managers don’t apprieate their employees and will do anything to save there own image

The pays good overall but for all the work your assigned you could be making more

Cons

The management staff doesn’t respect or appreciate their employees. They’re stuck in this corporate mindset and only care about the bottom line. If you decide to “volunteer” to take on more work and cover for multiple other people in their absence it’s not seen as helpful but what’s expected and they won’t even say thankyou. The managers only care about their own self imagine at the end of the day and if it comes down to it you’ll be thrown out.

Arrogant employees. Unjust judgement and dismissal. Differential treatments. Horrible culture and double standard practices. Nonresponsive and unhelpful HR team. Unethical Ethics committee. No issues are solved. Nothing is improved. High turnover rate. Well-versed policies which are not being followed and practised in reality.

The office provides nespresso, milo, cold packet drinks free. Alot of events organised for staff

Cons

Depending on the team you are in. Culture is bad. People step on others, spread gossip and rumours, politics and infighting. Manager contributed to the problem with favouritism. Poor management skills.
