      Interesting files; great people to work with; and good perks.

      HR department and policies left a lot to be desired; better recognition of individual's contributions needed.

      Good pay. Most lawyers are nice to work for. Good location.

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive compared to other large firms. Staff morale is not good, used to be much better. Staff are treated like second class citizens (inferior benefits, no staff events, don't feel we are treated like a "person" more like a piece of office equipment) HR dept. doesn't listen or care to hear your concerns. Lack of flexibility- don't allow unpaid time.
