Best firm to work at in downtown area (in my experience). Nicest people, very supportive environment. Good benefits, get overtime pay. Highest salary offer in comparison to other firms.

Cons

Dynamic of team could involve some micro-managing. Some late hours, but you get paid for overtime so wasn't bad.
