      great company, amazing discounts. 40% off everything even on top of sales. 50% off wear to work items. great quality clothing at reasonable prices. good benefits if you are full time. discounts apply to izod, bass, van huesen, and calvin klein as we are all part of the philips van heusen corporation. good opportunities for advancement in your career, retail store level or even moving to corporate.

      Cons

      i come from a microscopically small store. there is a lot of personal drama and dirty politics within the store. although you will inevitably run into these issues at any work environment, i feel that these issues have been amplified in this store due to the size and extremely tight-knit staff. there are cliques, it is like middle school all over again. along the same lines of being in a small store, i feel that our stock room is too small for the amount of product that is sent to us twice a week. we end up putting excess merchandise in high piles on the floor of the stockroom.
