Pros

The only pro that I have is the discount.

Cons

The downside to this company is its ability to treat employees like slaves. They parade snacks in front of employees to make it seem like they care, but it's quite the opposite. I've worked there for awhile and it was the same thing each week. No organization within the retail environment, management kept secrets between each other even when it concerned associates. Favoritism and discrimination is alive at the 5th Avenue flagship. Many people were promoted even when they are not qualified and brand new to the company because of the racial relationship with one of the head managers. They encourage speaking up to the company about injustice but when that speaking up involved management, they negated it and threatened termination if it is done.
