Pros

While my time at Tommy Hilfiger has been short, I can say that I definitely enjoy being around my co-workers and assistant managers. If anything, teamwork is a really huge plus where I work. We have walkies to communicate what happens around the store and this is exceptionally helpful when the time comes for the Secret Shopper to visit our store. Another plus is the 40% discount on core items and 60-70% off on seasonal items.

Cons

The scheduling is erratic, but this is expected as it is retail. My manager was undependable and played favorites. Pending on where you work, this may or may not be an issue. Some customers can also be difficult. Just to name a few extreme cases, I had some customers that stayed in the fitting rooms for 30 minutes and eventually had to call my manager over.

Pros

The pros are the same as any other retail corporation. Networking and discounts.

Cons

Management sucks, they bleed you dry, make the most out f you (for cheap). It's time-consuming, with no set schedule, limited days off (Holidays/vacation). Annoying/rude customers, continuous drama in the workplace, meaningless labor. Very limited opportunities for growth.
