Pros

Colleagues are nice, Good food for lunch (paid). Free fruit and some discounts on clothes.

Cons

Widespread misogyny, along with verbal abuse, exists across teams. The work environment is extremely toxic and stressful, with no regard for work-life balance. Employees are required to work from the office four days a week, weekends, with zero flexibility offered by management. Leadership is shockingly incompetent. Large-scale reorganizations and layoffs occur every one to two years, with no warning, so people don't have time to prepare. Job security is fragile—employees can be dismissed simply because their manager doesn’t like them. Nepotism is rampant; managers frequently hire friends without proper interviews or consideration of qualifications.
