      Pros

      Tok&Stok is a very good company to work! There are a lot of opportunities to create new processes and improve them. The most of managers of the company have more than 10 years working there e all of them have direct access to CEO, which made de decisions takes less time.

      Cons

      The career plan is very poor...mainly to the high levels of the team (managers, coordinators, supervisors). It takes a long time to have a promotion and at the last few years, a lot of the good members of the teams, decide to leave the company.
