The benefits are decent. Coworkers are nice.

Cons

Work life balance. You will never leave at your schedule time. Be prepared to work until 7:30-8:00 at night and be expected to show up the next morning with a smile on your face. Favoritism is a massive issue within the store. Very little room for growth. They will promise you there’s room for growth and to learn/earn more. No matter what you do and how much work you complete. They’ll always ask for more and won’t give anything in return.
