There are a lot of pros for working at TP/ BSRO. Pay was good, lots of benefits ei: health dental vision, 401k and discounts on tires and services for your car.

Cons

Not to many cons. Other then what's faced in any other retail/sales job. Upper management wanting you to push specific items.

Pros

Great benefits from the company, matching 401k, inexpensive health insurance. Good vacation policy and provide bereavement time. Would recommend. Overall good company to work for.

Cons

There are long work hours and often the stores are under staffed and are still expected to do the same amount of work no matter what.

decent pay and laid back work enviroment

Cons

corporate cares more about bottom line and company image than employees. they also keep making changes to equipment and consumables in the name of cost. managers are grossly overpaid work half days and sit around barking orders.
