Pros

Mediocre pay rate for skills and production ability... I've been paid worse i guess.. Not that i asked or wanted to know but people blab about their pay rate and i found out that there are newly bothered general service employees earning better rates then myself who is a actual technician - yeah my paycheck is bigger because I produce more but that doesn't justify my pay rate being lower than somebody with less ability... Wtf!!! If you get lucky you will land in a store with a legit manager. If you draw the short straw they will transfer you without notice if they need staff elsewhere.

Cons

I stared with the company at the Seminole store and for over a year I was relatively happy working for this company. The manager was chill af and always made sure you git requested days off as long as you gave adequate notice. Our store was perpetually short staffed but it was never unmanageable, say instead of 8 or 9 back of house we had 6 or 7. I helped get a few friends hired on and as soon as the store was fully staffed I was transferred without warning to another location... Riots really pissed me off.. I couldn't stand the manager at my transferred location and basically told the him to transfer me or I would quit the company. He obliged me and I was transferred to another location which happens to be very close to where i live - which is awesome. The management at this location is much better than the last one but the store is grossly understaffed - like 4 back of house... Literally we are working to death. Not in hours worked but in days worked in a row. I say this because i used to clock 55, 60 hours a week on a 5 day week and still got my 2 days off. This store is 6, 10 or 15 days in a row but only 9 hour shifts so it's not actually more hours a week, but the reality is that as a physical laborer you NEED days off throughout the week for your body to recover,. Just as a body builder needs a rest day between hitting the same muscle group. No rest days is like a slow death sentence.. My vacation time which I had put in for months in advance and gotten approved was revoked after my transfer to my current location due to lack of staff... Had to miss my family reunion this year, again... How is it this hard to find and retain decent employees?! Probably because corporations treat their employees like slave robots until they break down and rage quit... Also I was promised (BY THE REGIONAL MANAGER) that after my transfer I'd finally be up for my raise. Time has proven that to be a complete lie - of course they will say anything to keep you on board.
