Compensation isn't bad but culture is terrible. Please stay away from this company. They will preach values but in reality have none.

Cons

Deceitful practices are supposedly frowned upon but in reality rewarded. Direct management is by iron fist. Beware these people are untrustworthy.

Schedule at the mercy of your boss no matter what level you are at or unless your a golden boy, Retail just sucks in general, over demanding on unrealistic goals.
