if you like to do services to cars that's what you get that's about it

they rush the mess out of you want a oil change done in 2 seconds really no lie

The people you work with can be amazing and become life long friends.

Cons

The management and device area are in constant battle. Very hard to get get compensated for your labor.

Pros

Overtime available. Benefits are okay. I have met some great people. The guys that work in the shop really work hard and not appreciated by most.

Cons

Company has a lack of direction and too much turn over. Tires Plus a a great vision statement but make no effort to be amongst the best in retail.
