Upper management has lost touch with market as usual with corporate businesses they only go by reports instead of letting store manager run . only care about the mighty dollar no concern for customers and employees ..

Upper management doesn't care about you. Only the numbers. My typical work week was all day Saturday and Sunday. Had mondays and Thursdays as my days off. Company and upper management say "family first" but how? Theyre closed 4 days a year.
