Pay is descent and have good benefits. Atmosphere is friendly and you can get allow with fellow technicians without a problem.

Cons

Poor management can often affect morale and lead to poor enthusiasm to do work. Hours are inconsistent and the expect you to bend over for them without question

Very hands on, very active job, a lot of customer interaction, always able to find something to do.

Cons

WAY OVER CORPORATE. Higher management has no clue what actually happens in store, even when they need too.

Pros

Decent pay not the worst I have seen. Great people I have met and very few of the people below management level have not been a great person/people. Employee discounts are pretty awesome though.

Cons

Inconsistent on what they pay people and very little raises unless you threaten to leave if they want to keep you around. Asked to do WAY more then what your pay earns you.
