      Generous comp plan, tons of opportunity to earn if you're willing to work hard and learn the product.

      Cons

      Complex product, which is a good thing but can be hard to learn for people with a non-technical background. Management can be disorganized, but it's getting better

      Pros

      ThousandEyes is a friendly, geeky, fast paced environment full of nice, talented people. The culture here is of support and thinking the best of people, and that's the actual culture vs the one of the slides of the big tech corporates. The company is growing fast, it's hard work but then it's difficult to get the satisfaction of success without some hard work, and generally it's fun. Founders are very present, nice humble people and the growth and expansion offer lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      Work/life balance not always great, stage of companies growth mean some unpredictability, and there's some churn in sales, but you can't be in a market position like ThousandEyes is without an appetite for change.

      - Great work culture; - Top talent; Fantastic team of professionals; - People are wonderful; the mood is relaxed; - Relaxed environment; - Unlimited PTO; - Benefits are great; - Great food (Breakfast, lunch, snacks... for free!); - Really good salary scale; - Great place to learn from smart folks that have solid fundamentals in whatever trade you're trying to learn.
