Pros

Good compensation, friendly and supportive management, I liked the automatic retirement plan enrollment.

Cons

It's a very big corporation, so if you don't like that, it's probably not the right place for you.

Challenging, great work life balance, enthusiasm, attention to innovation, open communication, international mobility, good carreer progression and growth, attention from senior management

Cons

As with all big corporations, processes can be sometime heavy leading to slow decision making. We work all around the globe with differnt time zones and this sometimes can prove challenging.
