Pros

As an intern I barely got to scratch the top of what the sales force at Thompson is all about. But I didn't learn a lot about sales and Thompson. They take care of their employees and have a very positive corporate culture. Lots of perks.

Cons

If sales isn't for you then don't get involved. You will be in a cube 9 hours a day calling.

Pros

Fun place to work, great benefits, and they are very leinent about allowing time off. For the most part mamangement is good and they compensate you well for most jobs

Cons

There is currently some outsourcing and elimination of jobs occuring so be wary of this. Most of the customer service center is being outsourced to the Philiipines.
