Pros

Flexibility Getting to collaborate a complete global team No rule as to how many hours you have to be present in office Free to choose which 2 days to come to office Transparency in policies Work life balance is its biggest advantage in this company. There is work pressure but never stressful when compared to Big 4s Great scope to equip with AI Respects time off and personal space Transport service

Cons

Mandate to come 2 days a week atleast Hike could be better Stingy

Pros

Great managerial support and coworkers. Everyone is supportive of each other uplifting. Flexible working is a plus.

Cons

The company goes through so many reorgs that just as you're getting your footing, it's all switched up again. Cross-department collaboration and support can be difficult. Goals are increasing and budgets are decreasing, and there's increased stress to do more.
