Pros

Lots of new things happening and changing rapidly, showing promise and growth as the world evolves. Management are well equipped in helping you maximise your skills and learning if you are open to pushing yourself. Product is something which many clients find useful and is customisable to each client. Most* colleagues are nice and helpful.

Cons

Work is interesting although it can at times be simplistic, and other times be complicated in a monotonous way. Experience bottlenecks when working with other teams on project delivery where poor communication and ownership lacks with the offshore team. Need more people with engineering skills to help propel our technical offerings, and to offer simpler implementation processes for clients. Benefits are standard but things like the gym subsidy has been changed and made worse recently (especially for people living outside of major hubs)

Pros

Strong overall company culture that promotes respect, inclusion, and work-life balance. Solid healthcare benefits that stand out in the industry.

Cons

The OneSource software can be frustrating to work with, it’s overly reliant on a patchwork of other tools just to complete basic tasks, making workflows inefficient. Pay tends to be below market for many roles, which can affect retention. Communication between departments can be inconsistent, leading to confusion or delays in project alignment.
