Pros

Fun atmosphere working with the kids and usually a go-getter crowd for counselors ranging from experienced to brand new. Easy to get time off if needed.

Cons

Too many people are hired and too few kids attend the program leaving a person working maybe 10 hours a week at minimum wage. Management isn't always organized or good at communicating down.

Pros

Excellent leadership from management and good communication, Management welcomes feedback and works hard to make positive things happen. Clean facility that closes once a year to clean and maintain the building and equipment. Members needs are challenging (in a good way) because they are from so many different backgrounds All required training such as CPR, First Aid and CEU courses are paid for as well as your hours taking the courses.

Cons

Pay is lower than most other for profit facilities although you are payed for 15 minutes before and after class which enables you to get paid for setting up the class, welcoming members and addressing questions after class.
