Great co-workers. Hard-working, focused and supportive. On the school side & coaching program.

Cons

The coaching program Management struggles to communicate concerns although they provide the appearance of a safe and healthy environment. HR attempts to manipulate staff for the benefit of the organization even when legal concerns arise.

The pay is good and higher than surrounding schools in the area. Good mission. Teachers care about the community and families.

Cons

Work environment can be toxic and unprofessional. Pay is not determined on your credentials and education. If you have a problem with a colleague action will not be taken.
